Beautiful brand new home with an amazing view of Kachemak Bay: including the Kenai Mountains and Grewink Glacier. We're located just minutes from Homer and the Homer Spit with shops, fishing, and great places to eat. Open concept living area with room for everyone to stretch out. Home has 2 king size bedrooms and 2 walk in showers. We also have a private family room with couch, tv and twin/double bunk bed. We have black-out blinds in all the rooms, so you can sleep well in our long summer days. Come unwind on our deck after a day of fishing and exploring.
This house has a water tank in the crawl space. Water is delivered weekly. Because we do not want our guests to run out of water, we have put a camera in the crawlspace so we can occasionally look at water levels.
