This private and completely remote mountain view home sits at the foot of the Catskills. Only a 5 min drive from quaint and adorable Livingston Manor, where you can enjoy the shops, cafes, breweries, and restaurants. The area is surrounded by mountains, creeks, and lakes!
This 3 level home has plenty across 3 floors.
On the first floor, there is an open concept kitchen/living room with vaulted ceilings with mountain views as well as 2 bedrooms (queen) and a full bathroom.
In the upper level is a living room/convertible bedroom with a full-size sofa bed, plus 2 convertible single beds, a full bathroom, a reading nook with mountain views, and exercise equipment.
In the lower level, you can enjoy the bar, pool table, and games, or you can just relax in front of the fire.
Please note there is no smoking inside the house. Pets as well as events will be approved on a case by case basis- please ask!!
