The Meadowlark Manor is the ideal destination for families or groups of friends looking to make memories in the Mile High City. The space is a ranch styled home and features six bedrooms and three bathrooms. A spacious backyard is available for our guests to use during their stay.
The Space:
The space is an oasis for travelers who need a bigger space than what most other listings or hotels can provide to them.
The first floor is home to the first four bedrooms, each decorated in their own flair. The first two bedrooms have queen beds, along with ample closet storage. The third bedroom is a Star Wars themed room with two single beds, ideal for children or kids at heart. The back bedroom is the master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom with a shower. At the end of the hallway, guests will find a full bathroom with a shower and tub that can be shared amongst the other three bedrooms.
Outside of the hallway, guests will find the living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil one would need to make a delicious home-cooked meal. In the corner of the kitchen, a comfortable reading nook can be found. The nook is a perfect space for someone to curl up in the sunshine and read their favorite book.
Downstairs, guests will find the other two bedrooms, full bathroom with a shower, and family room. The first bedroom features two single beds, two closets and a queen bed. The other bedroom is features an Avengers themed style and two single beds. The family room has an entertainment system, couches, workspace and plenty of board games!
The spacious backyard features plenty of grassy areas.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard. Every Tuesday, we may access the property to move the moving truck in the driveway or access the garage. We will not interfere with the guest's stay or their privacy.
Getting Around:
For those who do not have their own car, I recommend utilizing Lyft or Uber. There is also a few community share programs for cars, such as Turo and Car2Go.
