In the winter, enjoy a 5-minute view-filled drive over to Sunday River for the best snow in the East. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a pool room, bar, Golden Tee Golf, downstairs Media room and an outdoor screened patio. There is a brick turret that centers the house from the basement to the second floor. The grand entrance will bring you into the middle of the turret while the basement features a custom bar and the upstairs features a bunk room that is especially cool for the kids.
The outdoor space will provide endless wild life viewing by the pond. Look for the Moose! It is also a great spot for some pond hockey in the winter! There is plenty of room for everyone to stretch out.
