Situated just a few minutes from the southern end of Eureka, this newly remodeled and spacious home is just minutes from many local attractions. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, multiple living spaces, and an updated, fully-stocked kitchen--this home is perfect for those looking to unwind after a long day of adventures. Kick off your shoes and enjoy the large back deck/yard. Bright, airy and spacious, the home is an ideal setup for indoor/outdoor entertaining.
The space
This two story home features the bedrooms on the second floor, as well as a tub/shower combo/full bathroom and large laundry area. Downstairs you will find two large living room areas, SmartTV, an updated eat-in kitchen as well as multiple seating areas to spread out.
The kitchen is fully-stocked with cookware, dishes, coffee machine and so much more. Stone countertops and updated appliances add to the beautiful ambiance of the home, and the outdoor deck just off of the kitchen makes for a perfect setup to enjoy the beautiful coastal weather.
There is parking for two cars in the driveway. We do not allow access to the garage or the 3rd bedroom upstairs.
Guest access
During your stay you will have access to the entire house, excluding that garage and third bedroom upstairs, which will remain locked so as not to confuse you or your guests.
Other things to note
*The cleaning fee is set to $75. Occasionally, there have been glitches in the past on the platform that set the price lower. Please note this and let me know if you see any discrepancies prior to booking.
*There is currently no hot tub on the property.
*Please do not use the fireplace in the living room.
*No parties or events.
*There is a staircase leading up to the second story of the home-- please keep this in mind for those with mobility issues in your party.
