Fully fenced. Ideal for a small family or couple. The house comes with a Washer and dryer and a beautifully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. A/C included. The house has high-grade carpet-beautiful wood floors (dining and kitchen ) tiled bathrooms - with a walk-in closet in the master room an ensuite beautiful bathroom, a tiled standup shower, and a jacuzzi tub. All the windows have high-grade wooden Blackout blinds. The house was Fully painted and decorated, this house is right now a vacation rental and can be rented fully furnished with amenities included. The house is near shopping and grocery stores and local produce stations. An ideal location for traveling nurses or doctors, or just a family enjoying time in a beautiful wine country.
There are a few very famous wineries that are very close to the house and have wonderful walking trails. If you are a hiker or a biker, you are in luck as the street leading from the house has amazing biking trails Just a minute away.
However, don't be fooled by its location. You are very centrally located within an hour of many many wonderful experiences.
Salem, the capital of Oregon is only 40 minutes away with beautiful back road driving, through luscious green mountains.. and Lincoln city is a wonderful seaside town is full of wonderful shops and fresh seafood.
There are some major hospitals ( McMinnville and Newberg ) only 20 minutes from the house and you are not far away from the homegrown wonderful produce of Oregon.
