Basic1950s vintage cottage with great view of water and sunsets from living room or deck, access to water at all tides (via dock and ramp to a float - shared with our family cottage next door). Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, dining area, living room, and bathroom (with shower) on first floor, two separate sleeping areas upstairs. Gas grill provided, kayaks available to borrow, ocean swimming is usually comfortable in July and August. The deck or fire pit are both great for relaxation. Peaceful, rustic setting with few neighbors. We would be happy to answer questions to help you decide if this is the right place for you. NOTE: We will not be accepting reservations for 2024 until late winter, once we've blocked off family use weeks and determined rental rates for 2024.
