Fishy Fishy is a duplex house. This lower-level unit is a large 4BR 2.5BA. Newly remodeled in summer 2024. Located across the street from Oak Island (Yaupon) Pier and 801 Event Center - you can walk to the ocean and Oak Island Pier from the house. You can be at the Pier, restaurants, bar, coffee shop and the ocean by just crossing the street. Perfect location if you want to have everything in walking distance.
Large outside deck with outside shower and fish cleaning station. 4 large bedrooms with queen size memory foam mattresses and TVs in every room. Large living area that's great for entertaining your family while at the beach. All appliances are brand new as well.
There is a separate upstairs 3-bedroom unit that's available to rent as well. If you want a separate living space from the rest of your guest or if you want to bring even more family and friends, then we can accommodate if it is available. This unit is currently not on the rental market so message us if this interest you.
Both the lower level and upstairs units of this duplex house have separate parking areas, entrances' and large outside decks. There is a common outside shower that has hot and cold water. The lower unit has private parking in front of the house and deck in the rear of the house. The upper unit has parking to the side of the house and decking above in the front.
