This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with an office used a sleeping room on just over 2 acres. Even though it's a 2 bedroom, it's very spacious with just under 1900 sqft and an outdoor space that extends the Arizona style living to the fullest, and the many windows lend to views and a very light and airy feel. Guests have access to all areas of the property except for locked storage areas. One closet in the house, carport storage room, well house, and shed are locked. Quiet, away from town, very few neighbors close by All roadways are gravel except for main road to neighborhood. Walking to Old Town Cottonwood is possible down lightly traveled road and by new sidewalks going in (by mid June 2024) to Old Town Cottonwood and Clarkdale. Parking area at home is covered and there is space for parking a trailer if bringing dirt bikes, OTVs or side by sides. Please note you should wear shoes outside at all times. Cactus, trees, shrubs and most desert plants shed thorns wherever the wind blows. We sweep and clean frequently but the one that is missed or blows in in between is the one that hurts!
