Guests have access to the entire home. The entire space, including backyard, is fully private. (We do have a closets locked for cleaner supplies.)

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. We charge a $60 fee per pet, per 30 day period. This fee must paid before receiving the entry code. This fee is not for extra cleaning, damage, or pet waste pick up. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, including and especially pet wasted in the yard.
