This magnificent, fully renovated and secure SUITE is nestled on the hillside, in the east of the island and very close to the French border. Since other owners sometimes rent out their annual week, but have not purchased a "fixed week with a fixed apartment," I thought it would be helpful to explain that the biggest advantage of our apartment is that, since we bought a much more expensive apartment than the others on the top floor and with an extraordinary view of Oyster Beach Bay, normally we should have one of the best apartments.
So when we stay at MARIOTT JW outside of our purchased week, we will be lucky to get the best possible apartment through the booking service, while other owners cannot guarantee you that you will not be on the ground floor or near the common area or right next to the barbecue area where live bands sometimes play.
