This apartment sits above our 2 car garage. It has a private entrance and reserved parking for one car. You must be able to climb stairs. Apartment overlooks beautiful Loomis Meadow and sweeping views of the Green Mountains--from iconic Camel's Hump to Mount Mansfield. The perfect place to relax after a day of recreating or exploring all of our local attractions.
It has a living area with full kitchen (induction electric stove, small refrigerator, fully equipped for cooking, microwave, coffee, everything you need). Mini-split heating units provide air conditioning and heat.
Separate bedroom with queen bed. Bathroom with shower only (no tub), washer & dryer in-unit. Wi-Fi and smart TV with streaming for videos and entertainment. All completely new and sparkling clean.
Private external door to the upstairs unit and private door to the apartment. A personal vehicle is required to get to this location. Public transportation, including ride-share services, are extremely limited in this area.
