This unit has been updated with a remodeled kitchen with granite. New updates as of March 2025 include a NEW king bed, a NEW queen pull out sofa, and NEW a polywood balcony high-top cafe table with 2 chairs.
Phoenix VII is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State park. The State park now features several fun activities for the whole group from zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State park pier! There are plenty of watersports to enjoy close by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few.
Popular building Phoenix VII boasts great amenities including, but not limited to: large Gulf front outdoor pool area with a 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, Gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!
Enjoy a FREE WiFi INTERNET connection in the unit and in the Lobby! The living area in this unit is incredibly welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all of your food preparation, preservation, and cooking needs including, but not limited to: refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range combo, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, sink, coffee maker, durable cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, cooking utensils, and serving utensils.
Important Parking Information: This booking includes the rental of the condominium unit only. Parking is not included with the rental. All parking at the property is owned and managed by the condominium’s HOA, and guests who bring a vehicle must purchase a parking pass directly through them. Parking fees are separate from and not included in the rental price.
