There is a large library-style living room with a cozy fireplace and an open dining room and powder room. The kitchen has a 48" SubZero fridge, a 36" gas stove, and double wall ovens. The laundry room with brand new front-load washer and dryer. French doors open from the dining area and the living room onto a large terrace with hanging macrame chairs, a Green egg BBQ, and a patio table that seats eight. Heat lamps also help you stay cozy while enjoying the late evenings and spectacular night sky views because there is minimal light pollution. An expansive terrace below has a firepit with comfy chairs, perfect for smores and wine. The multiple decks are an oasis with succulents, flowers, and plants.
Second floor
Upstairs you'll find three spacious bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king a size bed and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a balcony that offers stunning views.
