The space
Spacious and kid friendly home with pack-N-play that could be used as a crib. Smallest room has a twin and trundle bed with an ottoman that doubles as a toy chest (with a variety of toys).
Guest access
You are welcome to use the whole house. Garage has room for two mid-sized sedans, and stores patio chairs, extra folding chairs and other host’s supplies.
Back patio is available for your use along with a propane barbecue that’s ready to use.

There is a printed guest book in the kitchen that outlines how to use home security and smart features.
Home does have a dedicated work space in the primary room with a 42” lcd TV that can be connected to a computer as a separate monitor or streaming device (HDMI cable in place).
Living room has a black and white laser printer connected to the WiFi for easy printing from anywhere in the home (printer is not compatible with mobile devices such as iPad/iPhone, but is compatible with most laptops, MacBooks, or desktop computers).
There is a 50” Amazon Fire TV in the living room connect to a SD Netflix account. You are welcome to log into your own Amazon Prime or other apps through the TV, but please remember to log out before you leave.
