5 Bedroom House in Lexington, Hunter
Known as Queen’s Court Motel and Restaurant in the 70s and 80s, Hawks Den Bar & Grill in the 90s and simply Lloyd’s in the early 2000s our place has been a staple to a few generations of locals and visitors.
The house has been recently gut renovated and now you can bring your friends and family for an Upstate NY retreat in our spacious place with large recreational area set up for entertainment, comfortable accommodations and outdoor patio with fire pit and BBQ area. Great for all seasons near Hunter (10 mins) and Windham (13 mins) ski resorts with access to countless possibilities: swimming, skiing, hiking, golfing, biking, fishing, wedding venues, restaurants and many more.
You will enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and surrounding nature. The house is fully set up to entertain and (if necessary) to work remotely.

Some of the features that we love about our place:
- No stairs for easy access throughout the house;
- Huge game room with pool table, air hockey, foosball, darts, wood stove, smart TV and bar area with wine fridge to keep everyone entertained indoors even if the weather doesn’t cooperate;
- Plenty of outdoor games: cornhole, badminton, volleyball and we are always looking to add more;
- Access to High Speed Internet throughout the house; convenient whether you want to stream movies or work remotely (we really hope it’s the former but if there is a need we have a folding work desk available as well, just ask);
- Entertainment area separated from the bedrooms to ensure that those who want to rest do get rest;
- 5 bedrooms with ample closet space for our guests to spread out;
- Easy access to the house. You will not be snowed in overnight in the winter. House is located on a State Road but past all the town traffic of Hunter and Tannersville offering quiet time in the evening;
- Outdoor firepit and indoor wood stove - you are welcome to use firewood stacked in the back of the house. Please no bonfires;
- Central A/C;
- Two Smart TVs with access to your preferred streaming services (using your accounts), board games, books, PS3 in the living room with some games etc.
- Two and a half newly renovated bathrooms;
- Fully equipped and stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your original capsules), toaster oven, etc.;
- Mud room indoors to store your gear with ski rack and boot dryer;
This is our family vacation home and we are sharing it with you. We ask that you treat place kindly and leave it as you found it. Please respect property boundaries and be considerate of neighbors.
