Positive: The size of the property

Negative: There were stains on walls in kitchen, it smelled like urine and sewage, no trash can, the property manager bothered us the entire stay, they accused us of stealing 1 towel and destroying bedding. When we washed everything that we could and what we couldn’t wash we left next to washer and on beds. This was the worse experience I ever had. They accused us of having a party because we had family come over to eat dinner. No loud music, no dancing or anything took place. They sent photos of kids that were mine and listed in the stay. But it proves why I don’t get air bnb in Dallas at all. I rather stay at a 5 star hotel than somewhere they will make up things about you. We got it because our ceiling fell in due to roof damage on our rental home. We could not stay there. It was my son graduation. But because we left a balloon bouquet by the trash we were accused of having a party but he got balloons at his graduation. They just wanted to keep $500 deposit which was way more then the stay. We did not take nor destroy anything and to make that accusation is insulting to me because I have no need to steal anything especially towel. And too mature to destroy property. I feel discriminated against. I don’t know if they miss counted the towel’s or didn’t check dryer & washer for all items but because of them I will continue to stay at the Omni. I will NEVER get an air BnB in Dallas again. You see profile on here. I am exceptional when I stay anywhere. I always clean and never take nor destroy anything.
