Set on a large lot in a quiet area, "Three Chimneys" is a nicely furnished home with all the comforts you need for a relaxing vacation. The house gets its name from the three chimneys for the three decorative fireplaces--one in the kitchen, one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom.

Enter a foyer with an open staircase to the second floor. Straight ahead is the lovely living room with comfortable sectional and flat screen TV with YouTube TV cable channels (stream additional content with your own accounts). The separate dining room with large table and chairs is off the living room. Doors from the dining room lead to a small enclosed sun porch used to store outdoor equipment. From the dining room, enter the eat-in kitchen with sitting area. The kitchen has new stainless appliances including a gas range, dishwasher and wine fridge. The kitchen has a door to the deck and plenty of work space. Just off the kitchen is a dining table and a cozy sitting area--the perfect spot for your morning coffee and a challenging crossword. Follow through the sitting room, back to the foyer. Half bath off foyer.
Take the steps to the second floor with a wonderful reading nook on the landing. There are three bedrooms on this floor. One bedroom has a full (double) bed), one has two twin beds and a balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the backyard, and the primary bedroom has a queen bed, a small sofa, flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub. There is also a second bathroom with tub/shower off the hall.
A flight of stairs (narrow and a bit steep) leads to the third floor with a bedroom with a queen bed and an office with a desk and a daybed for extra sleep space. Distant views of Cape Cod Bay and the Pilgrim Monument from the office window!
The home has seven ductless split unit air conditioners: one in the sitting room/kitchen, one in the living room, one in each of the second floor bedrooms, one in the third floor bedroom and one in the third floor office.
The large backyard--perfect for a cornhole match (provided) or other fun outdoor game, is fenced-in. There is a deck with dining table and chairs, umbrella and gas grill. The oversized enclosed outdoor shower off the deck has two showerheads. There is a Solo Stove and Adirondack chairs--perfect for a night out under the stars. Enjoy a snooze in the backyard hammock.
Easy access to the association beach just 0.31 mi down the street. A path leads from the road to stairs leading down to the beach on Cape Cod Bay where you can enjoy hours of sunbathing, swimming, beachcombing and kayaking. Incredible sunsets and Provincetown views from the beach.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
