Four bedrooms with comfy mattresses and cozy linens provide plenty of room for everyone to spread out, while two living rooms with gas fireplaces and a dining room with expansive windows offer ample space to connect with friends and family. The kitchen overlooking the garden features cheery skylights, brand new appliances, gas cooktop, and a stocked pantry. Events and gatherings will be considered with prior approval. This is not a party house, it has been carefully curated and we love our neighbors, so if you're looking to throw a rager, this is not the spot. However, it is a great space for families and friends to come together, so with prior approval we will consider special events, i.e. retreats, family gatherings, small reunions, rehearsal dinner, etc. Please contact us directly with any questions regarding special events and gatherings. The large circular driveway offers ample off-street parking, and the back yard is an urban oasis filled with mature pine and fruit trees. We live just down the street and are available to help with any issues that might arise during your stay. Nestled between Orchard Park and Hollinshead Park, the Orchard District is a quirky blend of historic orcharding properties and newer homes. Walking distance to the trails of Pilot Butte, and just minutes from downtown and the Deschutes River, there really is no better jumping off point for all of your Bend adventures. Walk down to the last Blockbuster to rent some movies and swing by Midtown Yacht Club to grab a beer and some grub on your way home! The driveway can be hard to see from the street, so go slow as you are getting close and look for the blue Breathe Love Bend yard sign.
