Summary: There was an issue with plumbing and at first the person at the desk suggested we wait till morning but my husband ask them to bring a plunger so he could take of as we didn't want to go the night without use of the toilet. Really the staff should have taken care of that but they didn't. Also the cable was out the night we checked in. He was working the next day. They shower was OK but could have been cleaner.
