Newly renovated with designer finishes and furnishings! Extra care has been taken to make sure that this home-away-from-home is comfortable & clean! From luxurious 100% cotton sheets, to comfortable Lucid brand memory foam mattresses and Beckham pillows, we have furnished this home with your comfort and enjoyment in mind! Nestled in Thompson’s Station, you’ll be mere minutes from restaurants, parks, grocery stores, & coffee shops! Our home is: 20 minutes to Franklin & 45 minutes to Nashville.
Your enjoyment is our priority! We’ve made sure this home is the perfect place to relax after a day of activities! Furnished with games, both indoor and outdoor, a coffee station, records, a fire pit, and an oversized, gas-heated hot shower, we want your evenings to be relaxing and mornings to be stress free!
For those working remotely, we’ve furnished the house with 2 desks—1 in the downstairs queen room, and one in the King suite upstairs! We’ve purposely separated the desks so 2 people can comfortably and take zoom meetings while in the same house!
We’ve made this home comfortable for both couples enjoying a weekend away or small groups wanting a nice place to stay! Our downstairs rooms feature 2 twin beds in one room and a queen in the other room. Our upstairs suite features a King Bed and a pull down full-sized wall bed. In addition, we do have a pack and play available for those who need it!
The King suite upstairs is complete with a movie corner, coffee and popcorn station, work desk, oversized walk in closet, and luxurious bathroom with double sinks! It’s the perfect getaway spot for 2, while the hidden wall bed makes it possible to sleep up to 4 in the King Suite!
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for you to make your favorite meals or enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning.
We value a safe, clean space, and our newly renovated, newly furnished home offers guests a peaceful stay, knowing every surface has been cleaned and sanitized between every guest, every time.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 8. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.
LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
