More advanced skiers can ski to the Over Easy gondola to access the famous "Front Four" ski trails (intermediate and advanced) on Mt. Mansfield...come back to enjoy the late afternoon sun on Spruce Peak. Spruce Camp base lodge is at the foot of the hill along with the plaza ice rink. Inside, the well-appointed home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths on the upper level, an open plan on the main level includes the kitchen and family room (with large flat screen tv), and the living/dining room with gas fireplace. There is also a mudroom, 1/2 bath, and an outdoor hot tub on the private patio. Downstairs is a bonus room and one-car heated garage.
