Summary: The room was nice however, the A/C was not working, we was next to the lift which caused plenty of noise. The hotel staff did not put a baby cot in the room as requested months prior. Also my partner, baby and I was asleep when 2 maintenance guys came in and open the room door without knocking. It was upsetting
