453 Tarpon, a Fisherman friendly Fripp canal front home with a dock and large backyard. 453 Tarpon is across from the beach, located across from the new beach walk access #27 and is the most southern access on Tarpon Blvd that has no steps. There are two decks, one on the front and one on the back (on which is a large grill) which has steps leading down into the backyard. Both decks have steel cable railing for excellent viewing of tarpon blvd and the beautiful canal and marsh views. The home also has a screened-in porch overlooking the canal and large backyard. An elevator services the ground level to 2nd floor, a key will be provide should a request be made for usage. The great room off the kitchen and foyer has a fireplace and views of the canal. On the other side of the great room fireplace is the dining room with seating for 8. Modern appliances are provided in the kitchen and a small breakfast room with an English pub table that seats 4. On the main level are two full baths and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and access to the front deck and the other is the master bedroom with a king size bed, this room has its own bathroom. Each bathroom has all new tile flooring, tile shower, vanities and toilets. The ground level has two bedrooms (one king and two twins) and one full bath. New tile flooring in both bedrooms and bathroom along with a new vanity and toilet. A single garage is available for a car to be parked inside and room for several more in the driveway. There is a small kitchenette/bar on the ground level and a game room with a large Brunswick shuffleboard table. In the game room there is a new queen sleeper sofa, a custom spiral staircase connects the ground level to the upstairs main level. An elevator is available for use if handicap access is required. Inside has been renovated with completely new bathrooms and fixtures. All beds and bedding are new as well, 1st time on the rental market for this home in its history. Quality furniture throughout this home makes it a very comfortable Fripp home to vacation or have an extended stay.
