This beach house sits on the beach and is only 5 minutes from the long stretch of vineyards and farm stands. It has amazing panoramic views and a large deck. Completely renovated with brand new appliances and furniture. The PRIVATE heated pool stays open all year round for our guests to enjoy. There is also an outdoor shower available.
This 2 bedroom home has 2 bathrooms. It also features 2 Queen beds and 2 Sofa beds that can be converted into a sleeping space, providing a comfortable living space for up to 6 guests.
Enjoy preparing your food in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances at the property. The dining area can accommodate everyone in the group. If you are up to some grilling, there is a huge BBQ grill on the deck that you can utilize. We provide all linens and towels for your stay.
Outdoor activities? This property comes with a private beach and dock for your boat or jet ski. Enjoy kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and floats while you are here. This beach house is perfectly located close to all east Long Island has to offer. Close to Love Lane and Greenport!

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
