Cozy 4 bedroom, centrally located home 1 block from Lake Harmony featuring newly furnished living space, fire pit, jacuzzi tub, fully stocked kitchen, gas fire stove, expansive deck.
Close to ski lodge, lake activities, beach, golf, indoor water parks, bowling, movie theater, beach bar, hiking, biking, ATV & Jim Thorpe.
Newly furnished living area with gas fire stove. Second living area adjacent to eat in kitchen includes sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms each with a full bed, 2 full bathrooms on main floor, one equipped with a jacuzzi tub.
Second floor has a communal play space, 1/2 bath & two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full and single bed. Second bedroom has a full bed and futon.
Front porch and back deck with sitting area, bbq, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and hammock perfect for outdoor dining and admiring wildlife.
Kid friendly amenities include one booster seat, one pack and play with mattress and sheet, assorted toys, games and children’s books.
Basement includes washer and dryer.
Wood burning fireplace is currently out of service.
Gas fire stove in family room is available for use.
Air conditioning unit available for living area. The rest of the house has window, ceiling or portable fans for extra cooling. Our home is located a block from the lake and in walking distance to lakeside activity rentals, beach bar, Split Rock Town Center (bowling, arcade, movie theatre, mini golf) and the Hub (grocery, food, ice cream, bar). Also short drive to Pocono Speedway and Jim Thorpe.
In the winter we offer a plow service for the driveway when it snows above 2 inches and upon availability of our contractor. Parking in driveway. Golf cart not included.
