This spa-like retreat will pamper you with its soaker tubs & steam showers. 2 kitchens allow enough space to gather & share meals together. In the evening roast some marshmallows by the fire! SEPTIC WARNING: If excess toilet paper/improper items are flushed down the toilets and/or excess water is used so that the downstairs shower backs up and plumber/septic maintenance needs to be called, you will be charged. PLEASE USE WATER SPARINGLY. All houses in Point Roberts are on a septic system. There is no municipal sewage system. The house can only handle the amount of water usage that the septic drain field can handle. This is no problem if you conserve water. If not, you will run out of water usage part way through your stay. Regarding toilet flushing, please follow this: “if it’s yellow let it mellow, if it’s brown flush it down.” Please let everyone in your group know.
