Larger than it looks! This large cottage has almost every everything you would like to have for a vacation home. The house is inviting, comfortable and bright with 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and an outside shower. Sconset is where everyone loves to visit or stay.
Located on Sconset Avenue, a 5 minute walk to the village and Sconset Beach. Sconset Village offers restaurants, Sconset Market, Post Office, 2 bus stops (one near the house) transportation to other areas of Nantucket including other beaches and Sankaty Lighthouse.
Enjoy your vacation in this lovely and clean Nantucket cottage. The first floor consisting of a living room, fully appointed kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms and a full bathroom . One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds
Upstairs -two bedrooms- both with comfortable twin beds. One set of twins can be converted to a king bed if desired and bedding is provided for both alternatives. Another bath with a stall shower is on the second floor.
Outside, off the deck is an outside shower (a must have experience on Nantucket)
The large backyard is surrounded by tall beautifully scented privet hedges , lit with cafe lights adding privacy to the deck while relaxing, dining or playing games in the yard.
Home is fully furnished with linens, bath towels beach towels and beach chairs. Sconset beach is an easy walk, or bike ride away.
