Completly updated space provides for a cozy, clean and worry free stay in the center of it all! Just minutes from beautiful downtown Saratoga, local hiking trails, Saratoga Lake and Lake George!
The space
Welcome to the Ridgeview Luxury Townhomes! This unit has been selected by the owner to rent on a short term basis and has been completely redecorated.
The unit boasts approximate 1,700 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths which will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests.
The Townhome will come fully furnished and equipped with all the basic amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
*Due to the COVID-19, I am taking extra precautions when cleaning the home. My cleaning staff has been instructed conduct a deep clean after each stay; focusing on disinfecting all door handles/knobs, surfaces, all beds, headboards, bathrooms, etc.. in addition to the regular cleaning process. My goal is to provide you with a clean, safe and enjoyable experience!

Other items to note - The home will have the following items included for each stay:
-4x Garbage bags
-1 roll of Paper towels and Dish towels
-2x Toilet paper in each bathroom
-3x pods Laundry detergent
-Plates, cups, dishes, silverware, basic cookware for 8 people
-Linen and bath towels for 8 people
-Coffee maker, limited supply of coffee.
Guests are responsible to purchase their own usable items (coffee, food, spices, anything you plan to use if it's not mentioned above)
*No partying allowed in the home. This is a residential, family community and the neighboring unit has small children. I have a ZERO tolerance rule and you will be asked to leave immediately if I receive complaints for neighbors. If you plan to party, please book another Airbnb as mine is only suitable for more mature guests. An additional $500 fine will be imposed as well.
I do have a charcoal grill available on the back patio available for use. Guests are responsible to provide the coal, lighter fluid, lighter, etc.. please be sure to clean it for the next guests.
The garage is not intended for short term guest use.
