This house has been updated inside and out! The hardwood floors, remodeled kitchen (with granite counters!) and bathroom (with marble features!), and freshly painted walls allow you to enjoy your days in the large yard. Only minutes away from SPAC, downtown, Skidmore College, and the track (10 minutes). We have 3 queen-sized sleep number beds with adjustable firmness settings. Our house is dog friendly, but only for smaller dogs. During the fall of 2022 our basement will be undergoing a remodeling effort. The basement is accessible through the garage without the need to enter the house and access to the basement will be provided only with the consent from the guest.
