Welcome to the Penthouse Floor (PH1634) for those of you who require complete luxury. This upscale condominium has spectacular views from every room - complete with four balconies overlooking the water and on-site grilling areas.
Completely updated with open living/dining/kitchen area.The kitchen has been modernized with new appliances, granite countertops and a large island bar for ease in food preparation and entertaining. The kitchen has a drip coffee pot, Keurig, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker (guests bring K-Cups and Vertuo pods). Guests may want to pour a lovely glass of wine and head out onto one of three balconies to take in the beach views and lower the stress level. The main living area has a 50"" flat screen television (WIFI and cable television included) and plenty of seating including a dining table with 6 chairs and seating at the kitchen bar. Guests where you can kick back and relax watching TV, checking your social media or just chilling with your significant other. Guests are welcome to order from any of the restaurants in the San Luis Resort (not included in price) and have food delivered to the room.
The sleeping accommodations are suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. The primarybedroom features a king bed, television, and a work area with a desk tucked away in the corner should guests need to work for a few minutes while on vacation. The primarybedroom also features a very large primarybath completely updated with a gorgeous walk-in shower and separate jetted tub for hours of relaxation after a long day at the beach. All new bed covers and décor make The San Luis 1634 a place you will visit over and over again.; The second bedroom features 2 queen beds + one set of twin bunks in the alcove of the second bedroom. The second bedroom also features a crib if you need to sleep for the baby. Ideally, the second bedroom will comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The second bath features a tub/shower combination for the convenience of guests.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Upon check-in guests will receive an access card (1) and key (1) required for condominium building entry, an assigned parking spot (1), pool bands and pool towel card. Guests are responsible and there are fees to replace these items. Additional parking is available in the parking lot behind the hotel.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
