Newly installed hardwood floor throughout entire home in 2022. The manicured, oversized, and fenced backyard allows ample space for lawn games and for children to run and play. In the evenings gather around the firepit and enjoy the stars. No matter the month or weather, this location is ideal for walking the beach, coffee, smoothies, and more at Summer Sessions Surf Shop. A quick 5 minute walk and you are enjoying an upscale American dinner at The Carriage House.
