This two-story home is located in the South Delridge neighborhood of Seattle, just two miles inland of Lincoln Park and its lovely trails, pebble beaches, and picnic areas on the shores of Puget Sound. It's a great location for getting to the Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal (two miles), Alki Beach (five miles), downtown Seattle (seven miles), and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (10 miles).
Begin and end each day outside on the decks, breathing in the cool air and admiring the classic Pacific Northwest landscape. Each deck features a gas grill for afternoon barbecues and a fire table to gather around in the evenings, with the lower patio home to the hot tub and cushioned outdoor sofas as well.
Inside, each of the home's two levels is a distinct living space. Both upstairs and downstairs, you'll find a living room with a fireplace and a smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi. There are three bedrooms upstairs, all with desk workspaces to make it easy to work from home. Two more bedrooms await downstairs, including one with its own bathroom, smart TV, projector screen, and access to the patio.
