Summary: Parking was difficult due to construction, which was not the fault of the motel. The motel is run-down, with holes in the ceiling, broken chain locks on the door which are alarming, broken HVAC, non-working television, and bugs noticeable in the room on arrival, dead gnats all over the bed. Management was responsive only during business hours, so my mother spent a very cold night with no heat, no cold water (scalding shower) and no television until the next day. No compensation was offered in exchange for her misery.
