Enjoy the river views from the sizable deck or the hot tub on the patio! The firepit offers the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows. A concrete boat landing provides easy river access for your personal watercraft use.

An abundance of area activities await you! Enjoy all the river offers, or explore the Shenandoah Valley with its multitude of hiking trails, caverns, wineries, and breweries. Only 16 minutes from Shenandoah National Park, 20 minutes from Massanutten Resort, a short drive to James Madison and Eastern Mennonite Universities, and less than an hour from the University of Virginia.

This home has a gas grill - Charcoal is not allowed. If you use charcoal in the gas grill you will be billed for damages (including but not limited to a new grill.)
If any items are unplugged from an outlet or device (like a tv), please be sure to plug it back in before checkout
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 8 a.m. during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
Turn off all lights when leaving the property

Interior locked closets are off limits to guests
Only registered guests are to be in the house
Leave the doors and windows closed if the heat or AC is in use
Place all trash in the trash cans located outside the home. A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed from the inside of the home and placed in the outside trash cans
Pet Rules:
-We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken.
-Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly.
-Must be crated when in the house alone.
-Stay off all furniture
-Must have advance notice of pet on property.
-Can not be left alone outside.
