The first floor features a large, open kitchen with a center island and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Plenty of cabinets and an additional refrigerator and freezer located in the garage. There are three large rooms to spread out and relax: A living room with a flatscreen television and fireplace, a playroom with a flat-screen TV, Playstation, Xbox, and Netflix, additional front living room with a desk to work, plan or play. There is a one-half bath on the main floor as well as a full laundry room.
The second floor features a spacious and bright master suite with a comfy California King-sized bed, chaise lounge, large windows with plenty of natural light for the daytime, darkening curtains for the night, en suite jacuzzi bath, double sink, and vanity. There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor (all can accommodate two people each) as well as another full bathroom.
Outside amenities include two pool houses, a salt-water, heated pool with diving board, and pool basketball hoop.
