Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I requested a partial ocean view but I didn’t get one my room faced buildings and I was told that because I went through a third party they couldn’t do anything, also I was told a microwave was in the room but there wasn’t. I was disappointed with that. I like the security feature of the hotel.

Negative: A microwave in the room. And the price I paid should have afforded me that.
