Heating/cooling is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder Winter months or hotter Summer months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions. The pool DOES NOT have a safety fence, therefore use of our property and pool are at your own risk. We do not provide any recreational floatation devices. We highly recommend that ALL guests in your party know how to swim. We also encourage guests to use the *Water Watchers* safety protocol so a designated adult is supervising swimmers at all times.

The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and enjoy! However, we do ask that you follow our guide book instructions on hot tub use and care. We also request the cover be closed and latched when not in use. We get strong winds that easily blow the lid off. Please treat our hot tub as if it were your own.

A scheduled monthly "light clean" by our cleaning team is also required at the guest's expense of $150 per month.
