Welcome to your Riverside Getaway! This home sits on the Cedar River. We are centrally located in King County, surrounded by the Central Cascade Mountains, dozens of lakes and offers so many hikes & adventures all year round!
Our comfy cozy home is nestled in Maple Valley, WA. It's perfect for those looking to get away; friend group outings, honeymooners or anyone on vacation. Unwind on the deck in front of the gas fireplace as you enjoy natures sounds, or by the firepit roasting smores or enjoying stargazing. "Riverside Getaway" is the perfect oasis to disconnect and recharge.
Our charming newly updated home is just what you've been looking for!
The house can sleep six comfortably. Each bedroom has beautiful views of the river. You'll fall asleep to the therapeutic sounds of the river.
We provide a full kitchen with everything you'll need to enjoy creating a meal and memories. A Keurig/Coffee pot is ready to pour you a fresh cup of coffee/tea for you to enjoy as well as all the amenities needed to feel right at home.
Walk out any of the doors to BREATHTAKING views of the Cedar River & the majestic wildlife that surrounds you. As you decompress on any of the three decks, on any given day, you will see Eagles soar, Elk graze, Salmon spawn, and a variety of other wildlife. At night you'll be able to see a trillion stars as you enjoy sitting next to the fire pit as you listen to sound of the river flowing.
Whether you're here to unwind on the couch next to the fireplace, sit and enjoy the river views, or explore the many hikes and adventures in The Pacific Northwest, we got you covered. You will be sure to enjoy your experience at "The Riverside Getaway"

Other things to note
1. Each room is independantly heated, the remote is mounted on the wall. Please turn down the heat to 64/air to 72 upon departure.
2. We have a washer & dryer for your convenience. We provide laundry soap pods.
3. Please DO NOT use a knife on the butcher-block island or countertops. There are several cutting boards stored in kitchen island. Thank you.
4. BBQ GRILL- Please scrape grill grate after every use. This helps keep it clean for the next guests.
5. We do NOT provide fire wood for the fire pit.
6. NO pets.
7. There is only one remote for the TV. Please do not misplace and return to the mantle beside the TV upon departure. There is a replacement cost for losing the remote.
8. Please remove your shoes to provide a clean carpet experience for all the guests. Shoe storage tray is provided inside the front hall closet. Thank you for keeping the carpets nice and clean for guests to enjoy.
