Summary: Staff was friendly. There's no lift to second floor so if you have bags or trouble carrying them up stairs then I don't recommend. Room was very poor condition, although clean. The door handles seemed to be put upside down so we had difficulty accessing entry. The bolt lock was coming off wall, cracked mirror frames, particle board exposed with nails on furniture, wet spots on carpet ( guess they just were cleaned?), just over all run down. Shuttle was easy, although we are disputing an overnight parking charge and we didn't have a car but have been told it will be reversed. Overall it's $100 for a clean place to stay, although the condition of the room gave initial doubts but for me friendly staff and clean is more priority. Can't say I wouldn't stay again but I now know what to expect from room.
