Enjoy glorious views of the Adirondacks from the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain which is a 10-minute stroll to the beach where. you can swim kayak or explore the Burlington Bike Path.
Upstairs you will find soaring ceilings in the open great room, a master bedroom with private 1/2 bathroom and one more bedrooms, and another sleeping area. The fully renovated downstairs features a full bathroom, a retro industrial-style kitchen and a family room. There is a huge flat parking area that can accommodate a full size motor home or maybe even a tour bus (additional cost) with up to 30 amp power. Walk or short uber to the daily downtown train to NYC. Other nearby/walk to amenities include City Market, Nomad Cafe, Lake Champlain Chocolates, Scout, The Spot (amazing breakfast and lunch) Small Dog (Apple) electronics. And the best pizza ever steps away at Pizza 44!
