Summary: Every staff person we encountered was so pleasant!!! Great staff! Our room was not overly clean. There was some debris on the floor in the bathroom upon our arrival. There was a slight odor in the room, as well. That being said, it was quiet, the heating system was relatively quiet and we got a good night's sleep.
