Quiet weekly giveaways it's downtown so it's close to everything. Restaurants are about 10 minutes walking distance. I walk to university from home in 8 minutes and after classes we'll usually to walk up the street to one of the several restaurants. The apartments are pet friendly as well although I don't have one because I'm allergic.
