Nestled on an acre of woods on a private lane, this idyllic vacation cottage is perfectly located steps from Town Cove and East Orleans village or minutes from beautiful Nauset Beach. Upscale amenities include: light and bright open concept living/dining/kitchen, granite countertops, stainless appliances, spa bath with walk-in and outdoor showers, in-unit washer/dryer, free wireless and internet, and private deck with gas grill and patio furniture overlooking unspoiled wetlands. Freshly painted and decorated with vintage costal touches. This is your vacation waiting to happen; just bring the sunscreen.
The cottage does not have central air conditioning, but is provided with window units in all bedrooms and common spaces. Even though we love animals, we cannot allow pets or smoking within the premises as some guests are highly allergic. There is outdoor parking space available for two cars. Minimum age of primary renter is 25.
Please note that in order to protect the health and welfare of our visitors, we will sanitize the house thoroughly between each booking. But in this time of pandemic, we require that all guests agree to the following:
1. Due to the pandemic, we cannot currently supply bedding, linens or towels. Please bring your own.
2. No COVID positive tested person is accepted as a guest for the safety of others and state quarantine rules must be followed. Government imposed travel restrictions may impact your travel plans. Please be sure to check and follow government guidelines for travel in the Commonwealth of Mass.
3. No more than six persons will occupy the premises at any time and in consideration of our neighbors, the property shall not be used for events, parties, functions, or gatherings.
4. We will not be responsible for lost or left behind articles.
5. We ask our guests to leave the premises in the same general good and habitable condition as when they arrived.
6. Guests are responsible for all damage, breakage, or loss to the premises except for normal wear and tear. It is your responsibility to report any damage to us immediately.
7. We support and adhere to VRBO's cancellation policy.
8. Guests agree to allow the owners to enter the premises and property, with proper notification, to make repairs, clean or maintain landscaping.
9. If the booking is longer than seven days, weekly cleanings will occur. The owners will arrange a time for routine weekly cleaning with the renter.
9. Both fireplaces in the cottage are non operational. DO NOT LIGHT A FIRE in the fireplaces.
