If you are not a family coming to stay, including at a minimum parents and children, you are at risk of having your reservation cancelled and paying any penalties associated with that. Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.
Just steps from all the attractions, this renovated beach house is perfect for a great vacation with family and friends alike! The home is a residential 3 family home, including one 3br, one 2br, and one 1br unit. All units have a renovated kitchens and full bathrooms, with true seaside decor throughout, so you will get into the beach mindset from the moment you walk through the door.
We provide fully stocked kitchens as well as a gas barbecue grill for outdoor cooking. There is also a laundry room onsite for your convenient (no coins required!). The house has offstreet parking for four cars, so leave your vehicles in the driveway and your worries behind. And of course all units have air conditioning units, so you will be cool and comfortable, day or night.
This home is steps away from both the beach/boardwalk as well as from the main attractions at Casino Pier and the Breakwater Beach waterpark, which makes it a perfect location for families with young children. Also super close by are restaurants, coffee shops, and clubs/nightlife, so it's an easy walk back for an evening out. There are amusement park rides, a waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and waverunner rentals, and lots more right around the corner. Lots of activities like movie nights on the beach that you will enjoy. An amazing time with family and friends is yours at our fun, clean, well-located beach home.
