This ground level condo in The Basilica, a historic ship-building factory, that sits squarely in the Charlestown Navy yard. Inside the home, you'll enjoy updated interiors such as stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and recessed lighting. The condo is intelligently outfitted to suit working from home, entertaining and relaxing. And outside the home, there will be no shortage of conveniences - from great restaurants and bars to museums to waterfront walks.
THINGS TO KNOW
• The washer/dryer is located in a bedroom.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this is a 2 story home. There are stairs only (no elevator).
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• Please note that this building controls the heating and A/C and will follow local/ state laws as to when they change from one to the other. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen changes in weather, sometimes it may become warmer or cooler in the home. The building will not change back over till seasonal temps become more consistent.
• Parking permits required for street parking. Zeus cannot help obtain.
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.

• In the event that you plan to bring your furry friend(s), please note that we charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 for your first pet and $250 per additional pet and have a limit of 2 pets max. See our host profile for breed restrictions.
