Just a 15-20 minute drive to shops, restaurants & beaches of York, Kittery, & Portsmouth. Enter through a private entrance to our garden-view studio with contactless check in. We are pet friendly. Hosts are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and taking all appropriate precautions with cleaning between stays including washing all linens/rugs and cleaning with products that are effective against coronavirus.
Our suite has a new heat and air conditioning unit installed September 2021, as well as radiant heating in the floors. Enjoy the outdoor space as well on a brand new patio added summer 2022.
Please note this unit has a “hotel kitchen” only which includes microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with K cups, sweetener and milk/cream/non-dairy creamer options, and mini fridge. Use of our reach-in freezer in the adjoining room can be arranged with advanced notice.
Please also note in the pictures the small incline one must walk on to travel from the parking space to the suite entrance. We are finishing a road through our woods that will allow the suite to be more accessible to all.
VRBO requires that we disclose that we have security cameras on out property. The cameras face the driveway, barn, front and back of our house. There are no cameras inside the house!
