The first floor of the main house features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Adjacent to the master, there's a study or guest bedroom with a desk and queen futon. The fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and island is perfect for preparing meals. The living room overlooks the meadow and the lake, and the screened porch area has comfortable furniture where you can relax with a book. The laundry room, the second full bathroom, and the bonus room equipped with light workout gear complete the first floor. Above the main house attached 2-car garage is another bedroom with 3 twin beds.
On the second floor of the main house, there is a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a futon for additional sleeping, and a balcony overlooking the lake. There is also another bedroom with a queen-size bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
The guest house has a lower-level game room with a ping pong table, an air hockey table, and a 65” flat-screen TV with a sitting area. The barn doors open on both sides with interchangeable screen/glass doors for seasonal ventilation. On the second floor, there's one bedroom with a queen bed, a living area with a pullout sofa, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. The spacious third-floor bedroom includes 4 twin beds.
The private U-shaped dock can accommodate a boat of up to 30’ max, and boat whips are available for guests to use on the North side of the dock. You can enjoy BBQing on the grill and eating outdoors on the picnic tables or roasting marshmallows around the outdoor campfire lakeside. Both houses have generators for peace of mind. Please note that from Columbus Day to Ice Out, the dock is removed from the water, and use of the dock is not available.
