Beautiful property located at the end of the road next to Mount Si. Steps away from the Snoqualmie river and close enough to walk into town. Take in the outstanding mountain views next to the gas fire pit. Then stargaze at night while soaking in the outdoor tubs. Into the cold plunge?? Hot or cold clean mineral water from the base of the Mt Si to fill these tubs, plus a private outdoor shower. Bar seating on the entertainment sized deck to relax and check out the wildlife on the mountain.
The fully functional kitchen includes everything you need to cook and prepare meals. The peninsula style island has chairs and doubles as a kitchen table or for dining or gaming.
The main bedroom has a large closet, queen sized Purple mattress and views of Mt. Si from bed.
The second smaller bedroom has a double sized daybed, desk with a view of the field, tv, and bookshelves that contain board games, a record player and a handful of classic albums.
The main bathroom boasts a beautiful tile shower, vanity and toilet. Second bathroom has vanity, toilet and stackable washer/dryer.
The main room has a large smart tv with streaming content and high-speed wireless internet. An American leather couch is also a queen-sized comfort sleeper. Privacy and beautiful views from every window.
There is a separate outbuilding with covered porch and hammock, inside there is a foosball table, dart board, and 2 bicycles for your use. We have included frisbee golf discs - small course 2 blocks away at EJ Robert’s park. Plenty of space to store your bikes, kayaks or paddle boards for safe keeping.
We are minutes away from the best hiking trails that WA has to offer, Mt. Si trailhead is 3.5 miles away. 35 minutes from Seattle, 12 minutes to Snoqualmie falls or 5 to casino. 35 minutes to skiing at Snoqualmie pass.
Onsite parking for multiple cars. Fenced yard, including 8’ tall fence on the roadside for maximum privacy. Large deck with bar seating and chaise lounge chairs to enjoy the incredible view. There is one security camera on the property, and it faces the parking area. An image of the viewing area is included in the pictures.
