Three bedrooms and 1.5 baths are located on the second floor. The finished basement includes a recreation room with large screen (65”) television, a 5th bedroom and bunk bed in the Rec room (counted as the 6th BR in the listing). The house also has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and wifi.
At the water’s edge, enjoy a private, white-sand beach. Coonamessett Pond, the largest freshwater body in Falmouth, is renowned for its recreational opportunities, including kayaking, sailing, fishing and stand-up paddle boarding (SUP).
